Reporting a converter issue

When the support channel opens, include the browser and operating-system versions, the Markdown feature involved, and the office application used to open the DOCX. Do not send confidential source documents, account credentials, cookies, or personal data.

Before reporting

Review the converter output in your destination application before sharing it. Advanced formulas, Mermaid diagrams, complex nested tables, remote image embedding, and exact theme matching are not currently guaranteed.
